Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AllGreen platform at allgreen.page ("the Service"), operated by Invoco Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Tenant" — an organisation or individual that has created an AllGreen account to operate a status page.
- "Admin" — a user with administrative access to a tenant's AllGreen account.
- "Subscriber" — a visitor who has opted in to receive status notifications from a tenant's status page.
- "Status Page" — the public-facing page hosted at {tenant-slug}.allgreen.page displaying service status information.
- "Content" — any text, images, logos, data, or other material uploaded to or created within the Service.
2. Account Registration
2.1. To use the Service as a tenant, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and organisation name.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Authentication is handled via magic link (passwordless email login). You must ensure that only authorised individuals have access to the email address associated with your account.
2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
2.4. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
2.5. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity without their authorisation.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: creating and managing service status pages and communicating service status to your users.
3.3. You are solely responsible for all Content you publish through the Service, including incident descriptions, maintenance notices, and branding materials.
3.4. You must not use the Service to:
- Publish false, misleading, or deceptive status information with intent to harm.
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) to subscribers.
- Impersonate another organisation or misrepresent your identity.
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or any harmful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure supporting it.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written consent.
4. Subscriber Communications
4.1. When subscribers sign up on your status page, they consent to receive status notifications from you via the AllGreen platform.
4.2. As a tenant, you are the data controller for your subscribers. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of subscriber data complies with applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR.
4.3. You must not use subscriber email addresses for any purpose other than status-related communications delivered through the AllGreen platform.
4.4. All notification emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. You must not interfere with or circumvent this mechanism.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1. You retain ownership of all Content you upload to or create within the Service, including your brand assets, logos, and incident descriptions.
5.2. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and transmit that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3. The AllGreen name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Invoco Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission, except as displayed within the Service (e.g. "Powered by AllGreen" footer).
5.4. We do not claim ownership of your data. Upon account termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy).
6. Service Availability
6.1. We aim to provide a reliable and performant Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6.2. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
6.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from Service downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
6.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and allow you to export your data.
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1. AllGreen is currently available free of charge during the early access period.
7.2. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice of pricing changes and will not retrospectively charge for previously free usage.
7.3. If paid plans are introduced, details of pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated separately and will form part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoco Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8.2. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if no payment has been made).
8.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invoco Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Any Content you publish through the Service.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
10.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@allgreen.page. Upon termination, your status page will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms.
- Your use of the Service poses a risk to the Service, other users, or our infrastructure.
- We are required to do so by law.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period (we will notify you before taking action).
10.3. Upon suspension or termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, allow you to export your data before deletion.
11. Changes to These Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
11.2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and terminate your account.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. General
13.1. Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.2. Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13.3. Entire agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Invoco Ltd regarding the Service.
13.4. Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
